If someone happens upon my journal, it's going to be due to them making a choice of clicking on a link. That choice is made freely; no one forced them to click on a link to my journal. No one forces anyone to read what is posted here. It's done of free will.

No one has to agree with everything I write here. I'm not asking anyone to do that. As I've said time and time again... Journals are a subjective medium. That means that 99% of what is posted on any given person's journal will be their own opinion. That also means that I am not bound by law to give equal air-time to opposing views. This is not a newspaper, people. And it's not a democracy.

This is my journal.

If you are a co-worker, I would prefer that you do not read this journal while in the workplace or while at home. If you do so, you are doing so of free will, against my wishes.

So please, people, play nice. There are ways to argue points that don't have to include name-calling or applying of adjectives. Let's at least pretend to be adults and show a bit of respect for each other. I, however, am free to break this rule whenever I feel like it. You are as well, but run the risk of your post being removed, unless I find it amusing.

Also -- don't forget the most important part: This is my journal. I usually will play nice. However if you piss me off, you can bite me. Rest assured, I will continue to write as I please. That doesn't mean I will insult you; at least not intentionally and certainly not personally (which I have not done).

The purpose of this journal is for me to be able to say what I want, when I want, and how I want. It is meant for me to chronicle my daily life, interests, news and random junk which I see fit to post. It is purely a selfish medium, and it is my medium. If you do not like what I say on any topic, this is your right, just as it is my right to publish what I see fit within my legal bounds. It is my avenue for venting and sharing things. I say things as I see them in the moment I am writing them. This doesn't mean I still see things as I did when I wrote something, as my frame of mind may be different at any time. I do reserve the right to change my mind.

SPAM on the journal will not be tolerated, and is in violation of this agreement.
