Still wanting to have a smoke. I can't say my urge to have one has gone down much, although I still can't say I've had a "nic fit". I may have to not drink coffee for a bit, though. After drinking it, I start to want to go out onto the deck and smoke, which is what I usually do. Maybe I'll have some tea instead, since I don't associate tea with smoking. I haven't been overeating, but did notice I'd go open the fridge more than usual (but, generally not get anything). So, I broke out a bag of sunflower seeds so I can keep my mouth busy.

But, in either case, another day down.
