Man, I really hate filling out any type of forms, and 401K ones seem to be no different. I finally decide that enrolling in the 401k plan would be a good idea so I sit down to fill out the forms. First, easy enough.. name, SSN, address.. no problem. Then, all of a sudden there are 4 pages of various allocations. I'm not a dumb guy, but that's when it gets confusing. All I want to say is "Put N% of my check into a moderate risk plan" and be done.
It's hard enough for me to send my money to somewhere I can't touch for 30 years as it is, let alone worrying I'm going to check the wrong box and end up in some high risk plan.
