SCO Leaders Send a Message to U.S.

The leaders of Russia, China and Iran warned the outside world Thursday to let Central Asia look after its own stability and security, in a veiled message to the United States issued on the eve of major war games between Russia and China.

They don't want the US or EU to bother with them because:

a) Russia, Iran and China are led by commies and religious bigots, and want to keep it that way.
b) They can keep things secure by force and nobody will do anything.
c) They want to maintain control of their resources to keep getting richer an oppressing their people.
d) They don't want US missile defensive positions in the bordering area (Poland and Chech Republic) so they can more easily strike non Asian targets if they want to.
e) They have done such a good job so far (*cough*Chechnya*cough*)
f) All of the above.
