While in Old Montreal, I found it quite interesting (and maybe a little sad) that we were surrounded by these beautiful old buildings, and in quite a few windows... bongs. Probably not exactly what the original people architecting the area thought would be there. Also, not exactly what you want to see when walking your kids around. However, a little better than the large neon sign near McGill which has a womans ass in a mans face.
