VH1 Knows Black History!

Beat Street (1984)

So, I'm up late last night (as usual), and am flipping the channels. I came upon VH1 giving their homage to Black History Month by playing the education and historically accurate biography Beat Street. They even had a "Black History Month" logo in the corner. I actually like the movie, and like seeing how silly everyone dressed.

A note to you kids who wear pants large enough to fit 3 people in while your underwear is sticking out of the top with your hat turned sideways with the tag still on it... you are the current Beat Street fashion. Yes, you look just as stupid, and we don't have to wait 20 years to laugh at you.
