Last week I called the heating people since it seemed that my heat wouldn't stay on until it reached the temp I had it set for. Today, the guy comes to take a look (an hour late). He does see that there is a problem and he has to move some pipes or something.
He says he doesn't have the stuff to fix it today, and they'll have to call and schedule a time to come back. Now, I saw him pull up in a van. And, heating systems all have a series of pipes. So, what the hell is in his van? How can a heating service guy come to a call with no elbows and pipe? Why couldn't he just call one of the installers which are in the neighborhood (and they are) and get what he needs from them?
Sometimes, business' make no sense. Being an hour late, not having the basic stuff to fix a heating system your coming to look at (service), and going to put me out on another day.
