Suzy and Kyla had a good time in Mexico last week. I had a pretty relaxing week here on my own. I worked a lot, and started some packing, but it was nice having a break from needing to do things for others for a few days.

Kyla came in 4th in the 2nd grade spelling bee yesterday. She was awesome!

Saw a carpet guy (and rolls of carpet) at the new house yesterday. Also the guys building the form for the front walkway and steps. I'll surely drive by later today and see what's up. I like seeing people there, since I know things are getting done.

The baby frogs and fireflies are out.

The Ringer - I thought it was pretty funny.

Aeon Flux - Wasn't too bad of a flick.

Entourage and Deadwood have started the season well. HBO still sucks though.

The new house has a phone jack which has a power thing on it. But, I can't figure out how to tell what phones I can use the plug with. And, I need a new phone since Lola chewed off the antenna from the one we have now.

Lola is doing good.

I'm tired of the rain.

My contact at the lending bank sucks. She's impossible to get ahold of.
