So, uh... I dunno. If I didn't expect something good to happen, I'd probably stop watching. Between Brokeback Mafia, a few political outbursts, and Carmella getting way (WAY!!) too much airtime this season isn't quite what I was hoping. I was really hoping that we'd get much more Goodfellas-like action. Let's face it, isn't that what everyone keeps waiting for? Don't we watch in hopes to see a series of whackings, plottings and ass kickings? This week we kind of got it, then we get the buzzkill of Carmella in Paris. WHO CARES??? Carmella in Paris almost negated the two killings.
I guess there are 9 more shows. Next week, then we get the usual hiatus before the final 8. I really hope some radical stuff goes down. So far, the season can be summed up as "Tony shot, Tony better, Tony still fat (somehow), Vito is gay, Vito beaten to death for being gay, guy in Miami whacked, Carmella still useless." Not much of a web being woven.
