CNN.com - Britney defends driving with son on lap - Feb 7, 2006

If you haven't seen the photos, they are of her driving with her baby on her lap, with some security guy in the passenger seat. Her defense:

I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger..

The paparazzi say they weren't being physically aggressive. I'm not sure when I last heard reports of the paprazzi grabbing and eating the children of celebs. I mean, maybe they do.. or they just decided to start with Britneys baby. I guess they figure since the kids parents are white trash, that the baby must taste like BBQ.

I think the real excuse is that the baby was actually covering up the open Schlitz she was drinking. Sort of like a beer coozy, but, a baby.. in traffic.
