Actually, it's been listed since a few days ago, but no showing until tomorrow. We already have one showing set up for tomorrow morning and hopefully a few more will happen. We're listing a little high, since we have some time and may need to play with the number as time passes. But, if we got our asking price, or close to it, I'd be very very happy.
