Yesterday we kept Kyla home from school, and had a 'Family Fun Day'. Suzy, myself, Kyla and my dad all went up to Six Flags Great Escape up at Lake George. It's about 15 minutes from my house, which is cool. It was a fantastic day. It was warm and sunny, and since schools aren't out and it was a weekday, there was hardly anyone there. The longest we had to wait on any line was about 10 minutes. But, most of the time there were really no lines, and we could ride again without getting out. We spent the entire day there (11ish to 6), and all got season passes.

Kyla rode two good coasters. The Boomerang, which she loved. And the Comet. She didn't like the Comet too much, but it may have been because it was the end of the long day.

Unfortunately, the big water slided weren't open yet (although the website says they should be). But, she got to go in the wave pool, and the PAUL BUNYAN'S BUCKET BRIGADE.

It was a great day, and since we have season passes, we should hopefully go a few more times. I can't wait for the water slides to all open up! I love water slides. It'll suck when there are long lines for rides, but that's just part of amusement parks.
