Fall, new shows.. old shows. This is what I'm watching now.
Anime on Demand - Gotta love this. Between Anime Network VOD and Adult Swim VOD, I have various anime to enjoy. The two series which are running from the beginning that I'm watching are Comic Party and .Hack//Sign (which I've seen a bit of before, but enjoy it). Also watching Trigun, One Piece, Shaman King and still working through my Cowboy Bebop DVDs.
Nip/Tuck. You know I watch this... still the best thing on TV hands down.
Lost. Hmmm. I watched the first two episodes. I'm just not sure how they will keep this going. A finite amount of people lost on an island with killer mutant animals. How long can they keep this interesting without it being a cat and mouse game? I'll leep watching, since there must be another few twists coming up that help. But, not sure how this one will keep me watching into season 2.
Veronica Mars. So far, I like it. Not really too corny, pretty mindless but enjoyable. Saying it's the next "Buffy", as I have read, is going a bit too far.
America's Next Top Model. Ok, so I don't really watch this one, but I do turn it on for some comic relief sometimes. It's funny, even though it doesn't mean to be. The women are pretty stupid, the judges are pretty stupid and since they all take themselves so damn seriously, it's funny. I never watch a full show, but is good for commercials and whatnot.
Desperate Housewives. Watched it last night, wasn't bad. I'll keep watching it until HBO has something good again on Sunday nights. Speaking of HBO...
Six Feet Under. I'm about done with this one. I don't care about half the story lines anymore. I'll give it another half season or so. I'll probably just record it and fast forward through the story lines I don't care for. Yay DVR!
Deadwood. Awesome. The season seemed to have ended without me noticing. Great show.
Entourage. I'll watch this one again. Enjoyed it.
Curb Your Enthusiasm. Not sure if/when a new season will begin, but I love this show and watch the reruns.
The Apprentice 2. Eh. I'm watching it because I love watching how people turn on eachother and scheme to climb over one another. The boardroom is really the only good part, and should be 50 minutes of the show. Not sure a third season would be so good.
Survivor (whatever year this is for it). The players seem to be recycled editions of previous years. But, I still like this show. I'll probably watch this one until they stop making them.
CSI. I watch the original CSI, only. Still a good show.
The Benefactor. Stupid show.
Trading Spouses. Good show, pretty fun to watch.
Wife Swap. Again, good show. Not sure which of these I like better.
And, home improvement type shows.. Trading Spaces, In A Fix, Monster House, etc...
The Daily Show. I'm so tired of regular news shows these days, I'm almost exclusively getting my news from here (and the web, of course).
The O'Reilly Factor. Yeah, I like Bill O. Until the elections are over, I only watch the second half after The Daily Show.
Hmmm... that may be all. I usually record most shows, then stay up late and watch them, unless Suzy also likes the show. I'm looking forward to new episodes of Family Guy, and the new show American Dad. Oddly enough, I don't see any sit-coms in my list (aside America's Next Top Model, which is an accidental sit-com). With reality shows and crime dramas, is the day of the sit-com over? I see they are on, but haven't liked many of them. I like Scrubs, and.. um.. Arrested Development. Can't think of any others.
Sound like I watch a lot of TV! I'm usually working, so it's not as much as it seems. But, TV is good for you :-)
