Went to the Saratoga County Fair today with Suzy, Kyla and my dad. Had a great time. Saw a bunch of animals; llamas, steer, goats, horses, zebra, etc... rode some rides, ate some unhealthy food, watched the pig races, and generally had a good time. Suzy couldn't really ride any rides, but she had a great time.

Suzy and my dad tried "fried Oreo's". You got it, deep fried Oreo cookies. I'm not sure who came up with the idea, but may as well just snort lard if you ask me. I didn't try them, but I'm sure it tastes great.

My dad won Kyla a fish from that carnival game where you try to toss a ping pong ball into a fish bowl. I put it in her room when we got home (her previous fish died a while ago). Kyla cried when none of her 7 balls made it into a bowl. Man, that was annoying (refer to previous post about crying 6 year olds).

Was a great day, and will look forward to the fair again next year. I think there a boatload of county and town fairs from now until Winter. I'll have to check some others out.
