I haven't mentioned my tank in a while. Why? Well, all the fish died (aside the snail.. which turned into 20). But, I had a thriving algae farm going. I think the placement in the room wasn't very good. Some sun would get on the tank in the late afternoon. Something I didn't think was going to happen there. But, sometimes it can take an extra time or two to get a tank going right.

Well, round 2 is now against the South wall, where it looks much better and will have no sun on it unless the Earth takes a nasty shift. I'll be letting the tank run and sit there for about a week, then add some fish. Of course, I get impatient and will probably go to the pet store during the week :-)

I also found an old laptop, which maybe I'll use for a fish cam. This way I won't have to get up to go look at it!
