CNN.com - Killington residents vote to secede from Vermont - Mar. 4, 2004

Because they get shafted with taxes, Killington wants to secede to New Hampshire. The VT Legislature likely won't allow this, but it is interesting anyways. I wonder how that would work, having a town, 25 miles into another state but being a part of a different one.
