Since I work at home now, and am the Domestic God, some of the traits which would normally seem "feminine" are starting to show.

* I got excited today because the Ikea catalog I requested came.
* I requested an Ikea catalog
* I got excited that I got myself a new vacuum cleaner
* I actually pay attention to commercials for cleaning "wipes"
* I use coupons
* I clip coupons
* I make "lists" of things
* Telling people to pick their stuff up all the time

Luckily, I have yet to start menstruating, watching soap operas, crying at movies/commercials/Hallmark cards, gabbing on the phone all the time (I still barely answer it), or making sure my clothing matches.

But, it's all cool. I'm still easing into my Consultant/Domestic God/Super Parent role and noticing these changes means I'm acclimating a bit. Now, I need to find some people to hang out with! That's the one thing I'm missing.
