Stayed up a little late last night and watched
Trigun on Cartoon Networks "Adult Swim". Was pretty darn funny and enjoyable. I've been debating getting the boxset for this, but I think Alan is TiVo-ing it for us to watch. A Trigun Marathon is probably in the future. So, I'll probably get the Cowboy Bebop box set. Cartoon Network is pretty far into the series now, so TiVo-ing it wouldn't make sense.

I'm also on Layer: 12 of Lain, which I hope to finish up over the next few days. Great series. I also picked up Grave of the Fireflies yesterday. All reviews I have read said this is an excellent movie. I look forward to watching it. Alan and I watched
Metropolis the other week. Decent premise, fantastic animation, but it was a little slow at times. Maybe if we didn't just finish watching the last six or so episodes of Berserk, it would have been more enjoyable. But, fantastic animation.
