Our offer on the house in Utah was accepted. We didn't have much doubt that it would be, but we told them we wanted them to (on top of the price of the home):

Remove the wallpaper in the kitchen, it is horrid.. and it is wallpaper
Install 2 garage door openers
Throw in the living room furnature (sofa, coffee table, armoir)
Throw in all drapes/window treatments

They said yes, so we are set! Now, to sell the Florida house!
