17 days ago I sent an email to my agents about my new house. I had a question.. and a valid one. There is a closet which backs up to a closet on the other side of itself. We wanted to swap the size of these closets (basically, moving some wood over about 6-9"). We went over this during the blueprint stage, and have it written down (by the person at the builder) on a sheet of paper that it was to be done.
But, 17 days ago we saw that it wasn't done. The framing was not how we asked it to be. So, I email the agents to find out what's up. One of them (the one who is supposed to be the liason with the builder) that she would ask about it.
Sunday when I went, it was still how it was when I last saw it. And, I haven't heard anything back about it. 17 days ago. 17. Over two weeks. Pretty unacceptable to hear NOTHING. At least tell me you haven't heard anything.. or they decided it would somehow make the house cave in. Something.
I just sent a pretty stern email to the agents about this. Not the first time they are overly slow on this stuff, but will be the last.
I send emails since then it's documented. There is usually a followup call by me or one of them.. but at least I document these issues. Then, complain here about them :-)
